About the Role

This position is responsible for processing and payment of supplier invoices. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that invoices are correct and paid on time, ensure that all payments are processed in accordance with instructions. Prepare and process weekly EFT batches and ad hoc payments. Maintain and update vendor database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and pay supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Business Finance, Administration or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years practical experience in a similar position.
  • Demonstrated experience in using accounting software and databases.
  • Demonstrated excellent attendance, time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience using ACCPAC or SAGE is highly desirable.
What We Offer
  • A base salary of $66,333 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 + meal entertainment and holiday accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.
  • Other benefits under our Enterprise Agreement include:
  • District allowance of up to $4,797 per annum for individuals with dependents and $2,630 without dependents.
  • 5 weeks annual leave and leave loading, 18 days personal leave;
  • Paid Christmas close down;
  • Upon completion of 12 months of service an Annual airfare with a net (in hand) value of $2,961
