As a Fast Jet Pilot with the Australian Defence Force, you will embark on a challenging and rewarding career path that requires exceptional skill, adaptability, and dedication.

**Initial Training**

Upon commencing your role, you will undergo rigorous initial training, which will equip you with the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to operate advanced fighter aircraft. This training will take place at a state-of-the-art facility, where you will learn from experienced instructors and develop a strong foundation in aviation principles.

**Advanced Training**

Following initial training, you will progress to advanced training, where you will specialize in the operation of high-performance fighter aircraft. You will learn to navigate complex systems, operate advanced avionics, and develop the tactical skills necessary to execute a range of combat missions.

**Operational Deployment**

Upon completing your training, you will be deployed to operational squadrons, where you will work alongside experienced pilots and aircrew to execute a range of missions, including air-to-air combat, air-to-surface strikes, and electronic warfare operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

• Hold a valid pilot's license and meet the Australian Defence Force's aviation medical standards
