Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and innovative Change Management Architects and Consultants to spearhead the effective deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot within various organizations. This role focuses on crafting and executing customized change management strategies to enhance user adoption, mitigate resistance, and foster a sustainable change culture.

Key Responsibilities:User Adoption Strategies:
  1. Formulate comprehensive user adoption strategies tailored to the specific workflows and needs of each client.
  2. Identify essential stakeholders and users impacted by the technological transition, and create a thorough change management plan.
  3. Track and evaluate adoption progress, providing regular updates and necessary adjustments.
Creating Awareness:
  1. Engage and educate employees about impending changes, clarifying the rationale and implications in a clear and relatable manner.
  2. Conduct awareness sessions to ensure all employees comprehend the advantages and applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Custom Training Programs:
  1. Develop and implement tailored training programs to address the learning needs of diverse user groups.
  2. Deliver flexible and practical training to equip employees for the integration of Generative AI into their daily operations.
Managing Resistance:
  1. Recognize and address resistance to change, empowering employees to accept new technologies.
  2. Actively listen to feedback and integrate it into the change management strategy to effectively reduce resistance.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.

Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.

Experience: A total of 10 to 15 years of experience with 3 to 6 years specifically in change management is essential.

Requirements:
  1. Strong process orientation and familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  2. In-depth understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  3. Working knowledge of large-scale technology implementations.
  4. Possess a strong professional presence in all settings.
  5. Experience in creating, leading, facilitating, and training both virtual and in-person sessions.
  6. Proficient in developing and supporting communication and change management plans.
  7. Comfortable in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment with excellent multi-tasking abilities. Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and project teams, along with proficiency in both oral and written communication, are required.
  8. Solid understanding of AI and technology adoption in the workplace.
  9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  12. Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
