Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and innovative Change Management Architects and Consultants to spearhead the effective deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot within various organizations. This role is crucial in crafting and implementing bespoke change management strategies that enhance user adoption, mitigate resistance, and foster a lasting change culture.

Key Responsibilities:User Adoption Strategies:
  1. Formulate comprehensive user adoption strategies that align with each client's specific workflows and needs.
  2. Identify essential stakeholders and users impacted by the technological transition, and create a thorough change management blueprint.
  3. Track and assess adoption metrics, providing regular updates and modifications as necessary.
Creating Awareness:
  1. Engage employees regarding forthcoming changes, elucidating the rationale and implications in a clear and relatable manner.
  2. Conduct awareness sessions to ensure all personnel grasp the advantages and functionalities of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Custom Training Programs:
  1. Develop and implement tailored training programs to cater to the diverse learning needs of various user groups.
  2. Deliver flexible and practical training to equip employees for the integration of Generative AI into their daily responsibilities.
Managing Resistance:
  1. Recognize and address resistance to change, empowering employees to adopt new technologies.
  2. Gather feedback and integrate it into the change management strategy to effectively alleviate resistance.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is advantageous.

Certification: PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.

Experience: A total of 10 to 15 years of experience, with 3 to 6 years specifically in change management is required.

Requirements:
  1. Strong process orientation with familiarity in project management methodologies, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  2. In-depth understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  3. Experience with large-scale technology implementations.
  4. Exhibit a strong professional presence in diverse environments.
  5. Experience in creating, leading, facilitating, and training both virtual and in-person sessions.
  6. Proficient in developing and supporting communication and change management strategies.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent multitasking capabilities. Strong influencing skills with stakeholders/project teams and proficiency in both verbal and written communication are essential.
  8. Solid understanding of AI and technology adoption in workplace settings.
  9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
