Expert Claims Advisor

We are seeking a Claims Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of claims, providing expert advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, reserving and settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting policy wordings and applying accurately.
- Liaising with third-party providers, including solicitors, loss adjusters and brokers.
- Settling claims within client service instructions and company guidelines.
- Resolving complaints in accordance with company guidelines and identifying potential fraud/recovery indicators for claims where applicable.
About You
We're looking for candidates with a minimum 2 years of claims experience in public liability and/or professional indemnity claims management. Industry-specific qualifications are desirable, along with flexibility and receptivity to change. Excellent communication, time management, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential. Familiarity with PC literacy, database management and Microsoft Office is necessary.
