Job Description:

As a Senior Case Manager, you will lead and support our case managers in assessing long-term, Death and Terminal Illness claims. You will own a small portfolio of complex claims across Income Protection, Death and Terminal Illness, and serve as the team's go-to expert, sharing knowledge, coaching on best practice, and role-modeling Zurich's claims philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support case managers in claim assessment
  • Own a portfolio of complex claims
  • Share knowledge and coach on best practice
  • Maintain high-quality standards and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid end-to-end experience in retail life claims
  • Strong policy interpretation across different cover types
  • Broad knowledge of medical, financial, legal, product, and regulatory aspects of life insurance
  • Clear grasp of the legal framework for insurance contracts and strict respect for confidentiality of medical and financial information
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lift team capability
  • Certificate IV in Life Insurance (preferred)
