Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Client Value Realization Leader to drive retention and growth for our top enterprise customers across China, Japan, ANZ, and South Asia. As a senior-most post-sales advisor, you will work closely with C-level stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) for Enterprise accounts in APAC
  • Partner with Client Success and Sales teams to drive executive alignment, product adoption, and renewal success
  • Assess customer implementations and deliver expert recommendations on technical architecture, solution design, application lifecycle management, reliability, and feature adoption

You will serve as a trusted technical SME within the Customer Success organization, providing proactive and reactive guidance on architecture, technology strategy, thought leadership, and product best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, consulting, or SaaS customer success
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations; knowledge of data structuring and data architecture; ability to become a platform expert
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders in China, Japan, ANZ, and SEA, ideally with consumer intelligence, marketing, communications, and/or PR personas
