Customer Success Lead

As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to value realization and renewal. You will be the lead point of contact and ultimate owner for your clients, championing the adoption of our services and ensuring their health and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion the Client Journey: Oversee the entire client lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to value realization and renewal.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Build and nurture powerful relationships with key client stakeholders, providing timely problem resolution and managing escalations.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with Sales to identify and drive upsell opportunities within accounts, highlighting the value we deliver and strategically growing long-term client revenue.
  • Collaborate to Win: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineers to onboard new accounts and deliver a unified, exceptional client experience.
  • Master the Digital Ecosystem: Develop a rock-solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape and all our products, clearly and intelligently communicating product enhancements to clients.
Requirements:
  • Industry Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in Ad Tech, ideally at an Agency, DSP, or publisher, with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, able to analyze data, identify business issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and advise clients, with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Dynamic & Adaptable: Quick learner, able to grasp new processes and systems, with enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Fluency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in platforms like Salesforce, CM360, DSPs, or GAM a plus.
