Strategic Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished director to lead our strategic business development initiatives for a portfolio of high value general industrials and defence clients.

In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of cash flow lending and your expertise in managing complex client relationships to drive business growth and expansion.

You will work closely with our team of Account Managers and Associates to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of high value clients and build strong relationships to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Use your expertise in cash flow lending to support strategic decision making and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of cash flow lending and its applications in business banking.
