About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Carbon Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and have expertise in spatial analysis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical support to our Carbon Solutions Department, including the origination, development, and operations of nature-based carbon projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Spatial analysis and assessment of potential carbon credit projects under recognized international standards
  • Conducting spatial due diligence on existing carbon projects and their potential for credit delivery
  • Assisting in providing carbon credit yield estimates and delivery profiles using methodology determinations and standards
  • Maintaining a database of norms for nature opportunities and creating a geospatial data library from internal and external sources
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in GIS software, including MapInfo, ArcGIS, and QGIS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in spatial analysis and project management
