Job Title: Iteration Manager

Are you a seasoned leader looking to take on new challenges? Do you have experience in empowering and coaching teams to achieve their full potential?

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Iteration Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering value to stakeholders and leading geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the delivery of value to stakeholders
  • Lead and coach teams to be successful, self-organizing, and adaptable to change
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in a relevant industry
  • Previous experience in a large organization with a proven delivery track record
  • Experience in leading geographically distributed teams and expertise as a Scrum Master/Iteration Manager
  • Excellent leadership skills, including coaching, having difficult conversations, and providing feedback
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to instill a growth mindset in the team and create a safe-to-fail environment
  • Understanding of Agile behaviors, tools, and techniques, such as collaboration, work breakdown, automated testing, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Sound knowledge of how information and technology contributes to business performance
