Job Title:
Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for coordinating customer service and supply chain activities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The primary focus of this position is to analyze customer behavior and trends, identify out-of-stock risks and drive proactive actions. This involves collaborating with other functions to mitigate out-of-stock risks and escalating as needed.

The coordinator will participate in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to align on solutions for out-of-stock situations. They will also execute system parameter changes and assign exception codes for unconfirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify out-of-stock risks and drive proactive actions.
  • Collaborate with Other Functions: Collaborate with other functions to mitigate out-of-stock risks and escalate as needed.
  • Demand & Supply Review Meetings: Participate in Demand & Supply Review Meetings to align on solutions for out-of-stock situations.
  • System Parameter Changes: Execute system parameter changes and assign exception codes for unconfirmed orders.

Requirements:

  • Operational Experience: Demonstrated operational experience in Demand & Supply Planning and Project Management in DSP.
  • Several Years of Operational Experience: Several years of operational experience in Customer Solutions & Customer Facing Supply Chain, Physical Logistics, Procurement, Technical & Production, or Sales.
  • LEAN Organization: Experience in a LEAN organization with knowledge of LEAN concepts and tools.
