Job Overview

The primary role of this position is to provide administrative support to the Advanced Training Unit and committees. The key objective is to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist team members in the relevant unit with tasks, queries, and projects.
  • Respond to enquiries from various stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Enter data into systems for trainee applications, assessments, and correspondence.
  • Create and maintain electronic and hardcopy records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Dispatch information packages to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate accreditation of sites for Advanced Training, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, filing, faxing, and meeting arrangements.
  • Distribute mail and dispatch items on a roster basis.
