Job Description

The Program Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Advanced Training Unit. This individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations within the team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support team members in relevant units by providing assistance with administrative tasks
  • Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and hardcopy records
  • Coordinate the despatch of information packages to relevant parties
  • Organize accreditation processes for Advanced Training sites
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, filing, faxing, and arranging meetings
  • Distribute mail on a roster basis

  • Effective written and oral communication skills are essential for this role
  • Excellent attention to detail is required to maintain accuracy and quality in work
