
Advanced Training Program Coordinator

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Advanced Training Unit and committees.
- Support team members in relevant units
- Respond to inquiries
- Data entry of trainee applications, including assessments and preparation of correspondence
- Create and maintain electronic and hardcopy records
- Dispatch information packages
- Organize accreditation of sites for Advanced Training
- Identify areas and suggest process improvements
- General office duties, including photocopying, filing, faxing, arrangements for meetings and preparation of meeting rooms
- Mail distribution and dispatch on a roster basis
The successful candidate will have:
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A commitment to professional client service and College Values
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with own and other teams
- Recognition of requirements for confidentiality
- Ability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative within a team environment
- Relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in administration
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
