Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Program Administrator to join our team in the Advanced Training and Test Environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programs by providing administrative support and managing day-to-day operations.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide coordination and administrative support to our program managers, including planning, executing, and reviewing project activities. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

You will work closely with our program managers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes that enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in a similar coordination/administrative role within a project-driven environment
  • Proven ability to work in a high-tempo environment and complete work on time and with accuracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in tracking and managing documentation and project cost and scope management
  • High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
