Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing client financials to identify suitable lending options
  • Liaising with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
  • Preparing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with senior management on strategies for business growth
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
  • Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma
  • A strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes
  • Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
