Home Loan Specialist Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert advice and support to clients navigating their home loan journey.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending, along with relevant certifications such as Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma. Accreditation with a recognised industry body is also desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
  • Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
  • Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior management on business growth strategies
  • Participate in training and development programs
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
