Home Lending Credit Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our lending operations team as a Credit Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in assessing and verifying home loan applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To assess creditworthiness and verify financial information for home loan applicants
  • Owning complex customer requests and issues from start to finish
  • Deliver first point resolution for customers in line with operational procedures
  • Resolve complex complaints by being an expert in the customer complaints platform
Key Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of home lending processes, policies, and regulations
  • Good knowledge of Home Lending Operational Risk
  • Building strong relationships with all key stakeholders (internal and external)
