Mortgage Broker

We are seeking experienced Mortgage Brokers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a trusted financial partner, you will thrive on building lasting relationships and making a real impact in your local communities.

  • Analyse client financials to identify suitable lending options
  • Liaise with lenders to negotiate favourable terms and conditions
  • Prepare loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategies for business growth
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills

To succeed at our company, you have:

  • Demonstrated experience in commercial or residential lending
  • Cert IV in Mortgage Broking or Diploma
  • Strong understanding of lending products, loan structures, and credit assessment processes
  • Accreditation with a recognised industry body (e.g., MFAA, FBAA)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
