**Exciting Opportunity in IT Leadership:**

This is a chance to secure an IT leadership role with a dynamic bank.

The overall responsibility of this role will be the operational management of IT teams across several functional areas including service desk, operations, work project tracking, infrastructure maintenance, incident problem change responses, and disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

We are looking for a multifaceted experienced IT Manager with exposure across infrastructure, operations, service desk, cloud deployments, networking, and security.

The successful person should have:

  • Drive, resilience, and commitment to deliver on a broad IT agenda
  • An IT or business degree or equivalent experience with commercial and business acumen skills
  • High organisational and planning skills to work through project plans, meet deadlines, and service levels
  • Strong hardware software network troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach to daily challenges
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication and people skills
  • Understanding of technology risk and compliance in a regulated banking sector
