About the opportunity
As Manager ICT Infrastructure, you will lead and oversee the operational management of all NSW SES ICT infrastructure, including desktops, MFDs, network, cloud, and server operations, to deliver secure, reliable and high performing services.
You will manage skilled technical teams while also acting as a partner to the business.
The role promotes collaboration with other ICT units and business stakeholders to ensure NSW SES infrastructure supports digital transformation and build an IT environment that is not just stable, but also innovative and future focused.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need to:
Proven experience leading a technical team in the management of networks, servers, and end-user devices.
Demonstrated experience overseeing core infrastructure operations.
Expertise in managing service delivery processes, including technical escalations, asset lifecycle and technical documents.
Have knowledge of cyber security and compliance requirements.
(Such as patching and asset management)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to contribute to projects and procurement.
Strong familiarity with modern workplace environments, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD (desirable)
Possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.

You will enjoy a 35-hour work week, with the potential for flexible work arrangements such as a nine-day fortnight or a four-day work week depending on the requirements of the role and operational needs.
You can enjoy a hybrid work environment, time in the office and time working from home.
Attractive salary range of $129,464 to $142,665 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
