Program Delivery Officer

The Program Delivery Office is responsible for reporting and monitoring on the performance of all programs and works with internal stakeholders at all levels to manage costs, schedules, and risks.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Reporting Analysis and Advice: Provide expert analysis and advice to support internal and external stakeholders in achieving successful program outcomes.
- Quantify and Verify Complex Data: Quantify and verify complex data sources to process monthly progress reports and payment claims, including interrogation of general ledgers and monitoring of cash-flow financial positions.
- Monitor Program Performance: Monitor program performance, ensuring all projects comply with the agreed Project Funding Schedule and Queensland Government's methodologies, standards, and practices, and present program performance reports to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Review and Deliver Program Progress Reporting: Review and deliver program progress reporting, ensuring adherence to State and Commonwealth reporting requirements.
- Identify Project and Program Risks: Identify project and program risks through early issues identification with timely corrective actions and contribute to the continual improvement of reporting solutions to manage program risks.
- Manage Program Controls: Manage program controls including variations and extensions of time to safeguard assurance of program integrity.
- Lead and Develop Reporting Solutions: Lead and develop the evolution of established procedures and processes for Power BI dashboards, reporting, governance, and project controls, and ensure decisions and actions are ethical, well-documented, justifiable, and transparent.
- Represent the Queensland Government: Represent the Queensland Government or the Manager at stakeholder meetings and events with relevant industry and community organisations and incorporate learnings into team and divisional planning.
- Lead Collaborative Internal Relationships: Lead and model highly collaborative internal relationships through the sharing of knowledge, experience, and reflections as part of a wider team of multi-disciplinary specialists.
The role reports to the Manager, Program Delivery Office and has one direct report.
