Job Description

**Program Delivery Manager**

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the Payroll and Rostering and/or the SAP S/4HANA program of works within Corporate Technology Services (CTS), including:

  • Technology improvement projects and activities that align with business objectives.
  • Maintenance programs and projects that ensure vendor support of the solution baseline, including core software and associated hardware.
  • Other process, compliance, and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Key Competencies/Suitability

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience in the management and delivery of complex projects and/or programs, with experience with SAP, including SAP upgrades and implementations an advantage, preferably S/4HANA and ECC6, and preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Expertise in, and application of, appropriate project and program management methodologies, including PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programs (MSP), producing a high standard of management products from project or program establishment throughout delivery and closeout.
  • Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring multi-disciplinary technical and functional SAP resources.
  • Proven analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
Qualifications, Registrations, and Other Requirements
