Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team in the ANZ region. You will have a proven track record of delivering business growth and market presence in new or emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with key publisher partners across video, display, and in-app platforms.
- Identify and close new business opportunities in the ANZ region, including new publisher partners and additional high-value inventory sources.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to define, achieve, and exceed quarterly revenue goals.
- Work with agency holding groups to construct and deliver against key Supply Path Optimisation deals, and ensure advertiser KPIs are met.
- Manage a team of staff comprising Demand Sales, Account Management, and Solutions Engineering.
- Ensure best-in-class customer service and account management.
- Partner with Global and Regional Marketing teams to define and support the execution of a targeted marketing strategy.
- Establish PubMatic as a thought leader in the online advertising industry.
- Identify, prioritize, and feedback product requirements to product and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Management with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated success in delivering business growth and market presence, especially in new or emerging technologies that require broad market education and consultative sales.
