About the Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished program manager to lead high-risk projects and programs, driving success through effective stakeholder management.

  • Assist in achieving Gate 1 and Gate 2 milestones for complex projects.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management, Planning, and Stormwater Coordinators to develop forward-looking programs that support transparency and efficient capital works initiatives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate the development of the sewage treatment plant program.
  • Support project deadline setting and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop business cases and drive cost intelligence within the team.

We're looking for individuals with:

  • A degree in Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project and program management, with a preference for those with Planning background.
  • A proven track record in delivering time-sensitive and critical projects.
  • Infrastructure delivery experience, with Water Infrastructure experience being highly desirable.
  • Sewage Treatment Plants experience is highly regarded.
  • Business Case Development experience is preferred.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including negotiation, consultation, and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a planning environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to gathering information and analyzing data.
  • An ability to lead high-performing teams and foster positive relationships between team members.
  • Strong skills in planning for infrastructure projects and organizing others to achieve timely task completion.
