Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and delivery of rehabilitation, maintenance, and safety improvement works across the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of road infrastructure projects, particularly in urban and high-speed road environments.
- Provide high-level technical and engineering advice to ensure project success, value for money, and adherence to standards.
- Monitor progress reporting, financial forecasting, and quality assurance.
Essential Requirements:
- A four-year Washington Accord accredited Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent recognised by Engineers Australia).
- RPEQ registration (or eligible and committed to obtaining it).
- Current Class C driver's licence.
- White Card (Construction Industry Induction).
- Ability to pass a Criminal History Check.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience managing road infrastructure projects and excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and tender evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing road infrastructure projects and be located in or around the Gold Coast region.
