Senior Structural Designer Role

We are seeking a Senior Structural Designer to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure design projects in brownfield environments.

  • This position is responsible for delivering a range of structural design projects, from minor works to complex, multidisciplinary projects.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the design aspects of projects, ensuring quality outcomes while supporting and mentoring the team.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and processing planning, survey, and design data, including technical drawings and reports.
  • A strong background in designing municipal infrastructure in brownfield environments is required.
  • Proficiency in technical design software, including 12D Model and AutoCAD, is essential.
About You:
  • A Bachelor degree in Engineering Science (or a relevant qualification) and/or significant experience are necessary.
  • A solid understanding of structural, civil, and technical standards and guidelines is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms, are necessary.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams, is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed recommendations, are required.
