Leading Collections and Recovery Specialist

We offer businesses working capital to help them grow. This role involves providing collections and recoveries services to clients with a focus on effective workflow management, negotiation, and settlement.
The ideal candidate will have experience in non-bank commercial lending, a methodical approach to problem solving, excellent communication skills, and strong time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include instructing agents, law firms, and insolvency practitioners, payment plan negotiation and settlement, and managing collections workflow from initial contact to final resolution.
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously or as part of a team, depending on the circumstances, and will be driven by delivering exceptional results.
- Previous experience in non-bank commercial lending
