The Role
We are looking for a talented Revenue Manager to join our team at Novotel Northbeach. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to optimize pricing strategies and channel performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands.
  • Optimize pricing strategies and channel performance.
  • Lead weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings to provide insights based on reporting data.
  • Develop topline revenue forecasts and actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers of the business.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
  • Mentor junior team members in revenue management practices.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue management roles.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth.
  • Proficient in revenue management principles.
  • IDeaS Revenue Management Platform experience highly desirable.
