Your Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Director to join our team and help drive revenue growth and sales success. As a Sales Director at the 25hours Hotel The Olympia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and maintaining accurate records of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our hotel remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and revenue management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
