Pathways Facilitator Job Opportunity

The successful Pathways Facilitator will be accountable for the delivery, development and successful outcomes of the Pathways Programs team.

  • As a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will provide day-to-day guidance and support to the teams in alignment with pathways objectives.
  • Attend relevant events to promote or raise awareness of Aurora's Scholarships, Study Tour, Portal and partner organisations.
  • Support funding activities and relationships across Australia.
  • Prepare and distribute documents to Scholarships, Study-Tour, Portal and other program stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a focal point for the Pathways team for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders at external events to promote and raise awareness of Aurora and the Pathways team.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing documentation to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate opportunities within the pathways team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in administration with CRM software and data management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project/program management experience with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
