Program Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs and work closely with senior managers and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile product development processes and knowledge of technical concepts, systems, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program execution and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify priorities and manage dependencies
  • Communicate program status, escalate issues, and manage risks
  • Facilitate effective decision-making practices
  • Ensure consistency in planning and documentation across teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years TPM experience at a software company
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of marketing systems (desired)
