Program Manager Role

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing day-to-day operations of loyalty programs, including member servicing and rewards fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance program engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operation of the program.
  • Coordinate partnerships, events, and campaigns with agencies and partners.
  • Contribute to projects and program enhancements by working with digital and marketing teams.
  • Oversee reporting and insights, providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Represent the ANZ region in global collaborations, ensuring local needs are met within the wider program strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Loyalty, CRM, Consumer marketing, or Customer engagement roles.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proven ability to support high-value customers and partners.
  • Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
  • Astute attention to detail and compliance with approved protocols.

Key skills include budget management, supplier relations, financial processes, CRM, Excel, reporting systems, organizational skills, and stakeholder management.
