Quay Appointments is an innovative, culture-focused company based in Parramatta. We are looking for a skilled Project Administrator to join our team.

The Role
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Projects Team to maintain system data, track tasks, manage budgets and resources, and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of system data and task tracking.
  • Budget and resource management.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparation of documents, briefings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organise and take minutes for team meetings.
Requirements
  • A positive, open, and helpful mindset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience as a Project Administrator.
  • High level of customer service.
  • Presentation and communication skills in a professional manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
