Bellroy is seeking a skilled Digital Project Coordinator to help us grow and enhance our online presence. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating UX, UI, technology, and marketing teams to deliver impactful projects that elevate the Bellroy.com experience.

About the Role

This full-time position is located at our Collingwood office with WFH flexibility. You will report to our Senior Project Manager and be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate digital content WIP meetings to track progress, identify blockers, and provide business context on tasks.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, prepare agendas, take notes, and assign action items to attendees.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on campaign design and execution to improve customer experiences and drive conversions.
  • Work with copywriters and ecommerce managers to prioritize and implement high-priority SEO improvements across the website.
  • Coordinate A/B tests with UX and data teams to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain digital tasks in Asana, follow up on deadlines, and track individual team member progress.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in a related coordination role.
  • Able to organise and stay on top of projects, prioritising and pushing them forward when needed.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on making sure everyone has what they need to get things done.
  • Data literacy, with comfort running reports and analysing data to understand what works and what doesn't.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies, including SCRUM and Shape Up.
What We Offer
