**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Performance and Insights team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality advice and insights to customers, while also supporting the team's collective development.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver timely, relevant, and actionable advice and insights to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Foster a growth and continuous improvement mindset
- Collaborate with Finance Transformation Strategy and other partners to deliver strategic outcomes for Group Finance and Finance more broadly
- Work across the GPI and Group Finance Business Intelligence specialists to automate and simplify reporting processes
- Execute analytics processes to provide insights for Board, ET, and management decision making for end-to-end P&L and Balance Sheet including:
- Revenue outcomes across net interest margin, balance sheet, and capital forecasting
- The Group's expense base and productivity targets
- 5-year strategy, target setting, and scorecards processes
- Peer and competitor views
- Support decision making across the enterprise based on product profitability and returns
- Develop and maintain a view of the competitive environment, and incorporate into ongoing analysis for senior stakeholders

**Requirements:**

- Banking or financial services experience desired
- Working towards or Chartered/CPA qualification desired
- Solid collaboration, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesise complex and large volumes of data into simple commercial messages and insights
- Experience with financial modelling, process, and/or report design
- Leverages technical skills, soft skills, and commercial acumen to problem-solve and link to the financials
