Role

As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital role in helping investment professionals make informed decisions.

Our company creates data and software solutions that provide instant access to financial information. We combine hundreds of databases with our clients' proprietary data to deliver a one-stop source for financial insights.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, products, and clients
  • Communicate effectively with impact, both in person and over the phone
  • Ask effective questions to gather information, uncover needs, and create solutions
  • Define key industry terms and concepts to establish yourself as an industry expert
  • Use advanced product knowledge to identify and implement solutions specific to client and user workflows
Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, MIS, or Computer Science (all majors considered)
  • Background or strong interest in the Finance or FinTech industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills
Career Path

Following the successful completion of the rotation program, you will quickly become an integral part of the team and start taking up responsibilities. You will manage a group of accounts, customize solutions, demonstrate products, provide training, and work on longer-term projects to enable clients to get value out of our product suite.

You will be an effective problem solver, providing creative solutions to clients' questions and queries through our helpdesk.
