Our Client Solutions team has multiple opportunities on offer and we are looking for motivated individuals with experience in Wealth Management or Financial Markets to join our growing organisation

As part of the Client Solutions team, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to implement a range of Iress products and solutions to meet clients needs. You will follow agreed processes and practices to ensure that a rigorous and robust approach to the implementation of the software is taken. You will work to ensure the solution agreed with the client is delivered to specification, cost and time. Through your detailed functional and product knowledge you will achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.

Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:
- You will drive and own the appropriate delivery and implementation of the solution design. You will play a key role in gaining internal and client agreement on how these solutions will be implemented.- You will quickly develop and foster strong client relationships to identify, shape and confirm client value, expectations and requirements- Your knowledge of Iress products and development roadmap will inform potential options and strategies for implementation meeting client requirements without additional development- You will analyse, document and confirm outputs to ensure the implemented solution is understood, has appropriate sign off, and to the clients satisfaction- You will ensure that the requirements of the client and scope of the solution are analysed, understood and suitably documented, managing any change to the agreed scope through an appropriate process, and will provide other teams working on the engagement with sufficient documentation to enable them to deliver a high quality solution

What you will bring:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills that build knowledge and confidence with internal and external audiences- A problem solving mentality with a thorough approach to analysis to lead the hands on configurations of the implementation solutions- Extensive knowledge of fintech software systems and Iress products - you will need to build a breadth across the product range but will likely be a recognised specialist in a more limited range- The technical understanding to configure Iress software to the clients satisfaction and in line with solution design- Knowledge of relevant client markets / segments and commercial priorities - i.e. to understand the client's business- Excellent attention to detail and able to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into a detailed understanding- Able to work well under pressure and at speed, prioritising and co-ordinating multiple tasks across multiple projects- Experience with Jira and an agile working environment- A professional manner, being accessible to clients and providing timely and succinct information
