The Opportunity

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for the communications planning and execution of all campaigns. You will work with a team of specialists to deliver excellent service and holistic marketing solutions for our clients. You're a natural relationship builder, that excels in motivating individuals and effectively contributes to the strategic direction of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement: A day-to-day contact for clients, you will act as a trusted advisor, building and fostering strong relationships. You will develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses and identify opportunities to solve challenges with a focus on marketing fundamentals.

Planning and Projects: Covering end to end project and campaign management, you will deliver robust media recommendations and post analysis, underpinned by strategic thinking.

Commercial and Operations: Drive strong commercial outcomes for our clients through negotiation and evolution of media placements. You will also manage the process for accurate billing and financial reporting.

Leadership: Live Half Dome's values and behaviours, promoting a culture of continuous improvement by actively providing and seeking feedback.

About You

You have a proven ability to form trusted advisor relationships, with media industry experience leading client relationships. You have strong organisational and planning skills, with a focus on driving continuous improvement in our relationships and recommendations. You use your analytical skills to extract insights from all media and translate this into actions, while taking pride in your excellent interpersonal skills.
