Lead Creative Content Team

Requirements

Proven experience leading creative content teams in a media or broadcasting environment.

  • A creative mind with strong editorial judgement and an ear for what makes compelling content.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to bring people along on the journey.
  • A strong understanding of radio programming, content strategy, audience insights, and digital media.
