Content Strategist

This role involves developing a portfolio of regulatory compliance content for the financial services sector. You will be responsible for shaping how this content is developed, positioned, and delivered to diverse customers across banking, insurance, superannuation, and other sectors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned regulatory modules—strategy, development, commissioning, restructuring, and decommissioning.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative reform, case law, and sector developments.
  • Gather customer insights to create practical, relevant content for different industries.
  • Cultivate relationships with external contributors such as lawyers, consultants, regulators, and professional bodies.
  • Partner with internal teams to define product value propositions, support go-to-market plans, deliver training, and contribute to client presentations.
  • Drive authoring projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance standards are consistently met.
