Job Title: Content Coordinator

About the Job

The Content Coordinator will be responsible for creating digital assets and content strategies that support external partnerships and internal initiatives. This is a hands-on position that touches everything from video content and event support to data reporting and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, edit and publish multimedia content across web, email, and social media channels
  • Collaborate on the planning and delivery of partnership activations and digital campaigns
  • Capture lo-fi video and photographic content during events and shoots
  • Liaise with creative, marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor and report on content performance metrics to drive engagement and inform strategy
  • Provide on-site support for digital and partner activations, including interstate and occasional international travel

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in digital content creation, including video production and basic design
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong attention to detail and creative flair
  • Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends, and travel when required
  • Experience in a digital, marketing or content-focused role
