Job Opportunity: Content Strategist

This role presents a chance to shape and execute a premium brand's content strategy, driving engagement across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating, managing, and growing our presence across key social media platforms, planning and scheduling strategic content, capturing and editing high-quality photo and video content, and writing engaging captions, blogs, emails, and other digital content.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Planning and scheduling content to align with promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Capturing and editing high-quality visual content in-house.
  • Writing compelling captions, blog posts, emails, and other digital content.
  • Supporting campaign execution through paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and promotions.
  • Monitoring audience engagement, feedback, and community relationships.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and wider team to maintain brand consistency and voice.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation (beauty/wellness industry highly regarded).
  • Strong skills in photography, videography, editing, and content production.
  • Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts and support paid campaigns.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, with a premium tone and visual sensibility.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Canva, email marketing platforms, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and capable of balancing multiple projects.
  • A passion for aesthetics and understanding of the tone, trends, and pace of the cosmetic industry.
