Job Opportunity:

The Internal Review and Complaints Team is seeking an APS4 Complaints Officer to join their team. This 12 month assignment will be based on a 37.5 hour workweek with competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt, resolution, and referral of complaints as needed
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders regarding complaint status and gather necessary information
  • Evaluate and escalate complaints in accordance with the compliant handling process
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide support for correspondence, briefing, and reporting functions

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and records management systems
  • Able to accurately and efficiently input data
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Previous experience working in a similar capacity is highly valued
