About the Role

This General Manager position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the AllHomes business, building revenue budgets, setting agendas, and promoting collaboration towards big picture goals.

  • Budgeting and financial management of the AllHomes business.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve product adoption.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or director-level roles, preferably in the real estate or digital industries.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving product adoption.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible attitude and willingness to travel interstate on a quarterly basis.
