Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business development activities to drive growth and revenue.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships and cultivate partnerships to expand our customer base.
- Engage potential customers through white papers, informal propositions, proofs of concept, and other value-added initiatives to stimulate interest in our products and services.
- Lead the Business Development/Sales team by providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure their success.
- Develop and manage pipeline generation aligned with the business strategy, ensuring timely and efficient conversion of opportunities into sales.
- Manage all opportunities within Salesforce, adhering to sales governance processes including qualification review, solution review, and approval review.
