Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Center EPC Planning Specialist to join our Global Project Controls team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will provide integrated planning and schedule management services for large-scale datacenter construction projects. Your expertise will help us deliver cost and schedule solutions that positively impact project outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) including timelines and dependencies for large-scale datacenter construction projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
- Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years related experience OR equivalent experience.
- Excellent understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.
- Excellent skills in Oracle P6 project planning software.
- Familiarity with Risk Schedule Analysis.
- Ability to analyze EPC plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations.
- Good verbal, written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Experience in managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional groups.
The estimated salary range for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
