We are seeking an exceptional Office Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our office environment.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have experience in office management or facilities coordination and high-level skills in procurement, vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • You will be knowledgeable of WHS legislation and business continuity frameworks.

This role requires excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to act as a point of contact for office-based events and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create efficiencies within the office management function by implementing processes and policies for effective facilities management, travel booking, and safeguarding assets, documents, and staff.
  2. Support the board with administration, general office supplies procurement, and vendor management.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in office management or facilities coordination.
  • High-level skills in procurement, vendor management, and budget oversight.
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and business continuity frameworks.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
