About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective workforce strategies to enhance organizational performance.
  • Provide high-level HR advice and support to senior management on complex human resources matters.
  • Oversee and manage the Human Resources function to ensure delivery of best-in-class services.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource legislation and best practices.
